Gary T. JurkovichCEO Gary Jurkovich founded Pathway Homes in 2007 under the motto “Affordable Luxury”. Disappointed with seeing the “same ole’ thing,” he set out on the mission of building energy efficient homes with touches of luxury not seen elsewhere in the industry for the price. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Ministry, and has been a lifetime student of the building trades. Gary’s experience, knowledge, leadership as well as his commitment to quality and improving building practices are the driving forces behind Pathway’s success. |

Autumn M. BerdenCFO & Advisory Board Member Autumn serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pathway Homes. She has been involved in the financial industry since 1998 and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lake Superior State University. Autumn has been a part of the Pathway team since it’s founding in 2007 and oversees the accounting department. Her financial savvy protects the long term fiscal health of the company, helps to forecast future financial needs and planning, as well as analyzing current and past financial trends of the company. |

Bob D. VanderwalProject Manager Bob is Pathway’s on-site Project Manager. His 25 years of experience in the construction industry serve him well as he overseas the construction of new homes from start to finish. Bob’s combination of people skills, knowledge, experience, and commitment to quality is what makes him the best in the industry. There is no situation he has not seen or problem he cannot solve. |

Brenda L. RiderFacilities & Maintenance Manager Brenda manages and maintains the company’s office facilities as well as the current homes in inventory. She also coordinates the final preparation, cleaning and turnover of completed homes. When clients walk into their brand new home and marvel at how it sparkles and shines, they know Brenda worked her magic. |

Cori E. NielsonStrategic Planning & Advisory Board Member Cori graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with high distinction and serves the company through strategic planning and as a member of its Advisory Board. Her focus is on where Pathway Homes is going and how are they going to get there. In addition, her knowledge of real estate law, experience, and inquisitive personality warrants that all members of the staff’s actions are both ethical and lawful. |

Dave FlemmingPainting Foreman Pathway Home’s commitment to quality is top priority and Dave Flemming helps to keep that quality top notch. Dave brings to Pathway 20 plus years of experience in both drywalling and painting. This experience along with his humorous personality help to ensure things go smooth in the “field” and meet the high standards set before him. |

Derek G. WhiteProject Coordinator Derek coordinates various parts of the construction process with the staff. He also directs the Purchasing Department making sure that the products needed to make the home complete are ordered and delivered on time. His attention to detail and organizational skills are the grease that keeps the gears turning. |

John HeintzProject Manager John is Pathway’s on site project manager for the various spec homes that Pathway builds. His 15 years of experience in the construction industry serve him well as he manages the construction of new homes from start to finish. John’s knowledge of the construction sequence, product utilization, and commitment to quality are what makes him perfect for this job. |

Jonathan E. CrosbyDirector of Sales & Advisory Board Member Jonathan serves as the director of Pathway’s Real Estate Department. He has been active in the real estate industry for over 11 years. Jonathan keeps the staff informed of the latest real estate trends and researches the company’s next target market. He’s an expert at helping clients select the Pathway home that best suites their needs. |

Keith M. NielsonCreative Planning & Advisory Board Member Local inventor and engineer, Keith has been a part of the Pathway Homes team since it’s founding in 2007. Keith holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University. As an inventor, Keith holds several patents and recently launched the new product line, DrawerDecor; helping families across the country organize their kitchens in style. Keith’s creativity and attention to detail ensures that Pathway Homes will remain among the industry leaders in quality and design. |

Kevin M. VannMarketing & Design Coordinator Kevin boasts undergraduate and graduate level engineering degrees from the University of Michigan. He works with the CEO to help develop and research new developments, analyze and organize data and make suggestions for new market expansion. He also provides invaluable technical support and ensures that the staff has the latest technology available to them. Kevin also heads up the company’s Marketing Department making sure that their website, brand presence, social media outlets and print material is second to none. |

Linda M. OrrAccountant, Real Estate Department Linda serves as an Accountant for Pathway’s Real Estate Department. She has over 25 years experience in the accounting field and is an expert at handling the financial aspects of real estate transactions. |

Marcia D. JonesSales Associate Marcia’s primary role is helping clients select the perfect house. She listens to their needsand desires, then makes their dream home become a reality. Marcia's background is in sales and interior design, a perfect combination. Her energy and "I love to do this" attitude are contagious. |

Michelle M. LizenbyAccountant, Building Department Michelle serves as the Accountant for the Building Department. She works with the suppliers and trades on a variety of transactions, helps to reduce building costs, prepares monthly reports including forecasts and financial statements, and coordinates home closings. |

Peggy A. SilvaniPublic Relations Coordinator Peggy serves as the director of Pathway’s Public Relations Department. She coordinates Pathway’s interactions with the media and works with members of the staff to ensure their work is of the highest quality. She also maintains staff calendars to effect efficient office operations. |

Stephanie A. MorganAssistant to the CEO Stephanie serves in the “any and all other duties as assigned department”. She is a very talented person and a great multi-tasker capable of doing anything asked of her. Her daily duties range from accounting, research, permits, and all sorts of other things. |

Tim ZolmanPainting Foreman Tim works as a Painting Foreman for Pathway and is “Mr. Detail”. His attention to detail and steady hand ensure that every Pathway Homes looks its very best.
